「中國好聲音」2012年7月開播，創下高收視率；今年邁入第4季比賽，除學員演唱實力，導師也是節目亮點，中國大陸歌手那英連4季擔任導師，堪稱「4朝元老」，第4季導師還有庾澄慶、周杰倫及汪峰。
首次加入節目擔任導師的周杰倫吸睛度超高，他表示，當導師與主持節目有異曲同工之處，除帶動現場觀眾情緒，還要訪問學員；在節目多了「熱場小王子」暱稱，周杰倫笑稱是看狀況，如果很喜歡這名學員，話自然就變多了。
節目上，周杰倫面對要不要轉身的關鍵時刻，常上演內心糾結戲碼，一下嬌羞用手摀嘴，一下忍不住心中竊喜的賣萌表情，擄獲觀眾芳心，被網友封為「小公舉（小公主）」及「最萌導師」。
周杰倫與那英組成「姊弟聯盟」，但如果碰到兩人同時轉身要爭取學員，周杰倫說，「如果是我一定要的學員，我們就不聯盟了，要憑實力去爭」。私下周杰倫與其他導師相處融洽，還爆料汪峰錄影時看起來很嚴肅，不談音樂時其實「挺逗的」。
